1. Product Delivery & Access

• Digital Product: This is a strictly digital product. No physical items will be shipped to your address.
• Instant Access: Upon successful payment of ₹249 via Razorpay, you will instantly receive an email with the download links and portal access to the Google Drive/Servers containing all themes, plugins, templates, and AI prompts.
• Lifetime Access: Your one-time payment grants you lifetime access to the bundle content.

2. License & Usage Rights

We want you to succeed! Here is how you can use the assets provided in the bundle:

• Personal Use: You can use the themes and templates to build unlimited websites for your own businesses.
• Client Work (Commercial): Freelancers and Agencies are 100% permitted to use these templates and themes to build websites for their paying clients.
• Strict Prohibition: You are NOT allowed to resell, redistribute, or share the bundle itself (or its contents as a package) to third parties. You cannot sell the "Website Bundle Kit" as your own product.

3. Pricing & Payments

• The current promotional price is a one-time payment of ₹249. There are no hidden fees or monthly subscriptions.
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your credit/debit card details.
• We reserve the right to increase the price of the bundle (e.g., to ₹2,000) at any time once the limited-time offer expires.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods (where products can be downloaded instantly and copied), all sales are final.

• We have a Strict No-Refund Policy once the download links have been accessed or delivered to your email.
• By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that digital downloads cannot be returned.
• If you face technical difficulties in downloading the files, our support team will assist you immediately.

5. 1-on-1 Support & Bonuses

The "Free Live 1-on-1 Video Support" (via Google Meet/Zoom) bonus is subject to fair use. Support is limited to technical issues related to downloading, installing, or accessing the bundle contents. It does not include building your entire website for you from scratch.

6. Third-Party Licenses (GPL)

Many WordPress themes and plugins included in this bundle are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL). We do not provide license keys for premium updates from the original developers, as the files are pre-activated or fully functional under the GPL terms. You are paying for the compilation, access, and organization of these resources.

7. Limitation of Liability

We provide the tools, but your business success depends on your effort. We are not liable for any direct or indirect business losses, dropshipping failures, or server issues resulting from the use of our templates and guides.
